Mono Mondays: Alphine
Share
On Mondays, we like to support our resident artist, Mono! They're an up-and-coming scribbler of things dark and weird, and we consider ourselves lucky to have leeched onto— er, formed a mutually beneficial relationship with them. You can watch Mono hard at work creating various pieces on their YouTube channel. For those who don't feel like watching digital paint getting splashed around, we'll be showcasing a different piece of theirs right here every Monday.
This week, we're taking a look at an older work: Alphine the Ferret.

This was one of Mono's first forays into digital work, and Mono is feeling (justifiably, in our opinion) proud of how far they've come. To that end, they asked that we post this picture of a humanoid ferret in battle armor... because they're going to be completely redoing it. The idea is that, by the end of December, they'll have a new picture to show of Alphine. This post will be the "Before" to that picture's "After," and will also serve as a public deadline.
So let it be known: Mono has stated they'll have a new picture of Alphine to present during Mono Monday before the end of the year! And if they don't...
Well, we guess we'll just have to wait longer. We're not their mom.
