Refund policy
Lazy, vagabond dogs that we are, we produce our products through Printify. That means we have to abide by their rules when it comes to returns and refunds. As such, here's how it works:
"Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery."
To start a return, you can contact us at thevagrantdog@gmail.com. Don't worry about returning the product— just include a clear photo of the defective product that we can then forward to Printify. They in turn will confirm that the product is defective and issue a refund, which makes its way back to you. One of the bright sides of this being just a tiny little electronic storefront is that you might well be the only person we hear from on a given day, so we'll be sure to work on your issue as fast as possible. It's not like we had anything else to do.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
