Mono Mondays: The Twins

On Mondays, we like to support our resident artist, Mono!  They're an up-and-coming scribbler of things dark and weird, and we consider ourselves lucky to have leeched onto— er, formed a mutually beneficial relationship with them.  You can watch Mono hard at work creating various pieces on their YouTube channel.  For those who don't feel like watching digital paint getting splashed around, we'll be showcasing a different piece of theirs right here every Monday.

This week, we're looking at a pair of twins.

The twins are Meris and Kythor, and they're the result of roleplaying campaign Mono was involved in over Spring Break.  They share the same mother, a succubus of some sort, but despite having different fathers, they were born at the same time.  The siblings are close, as seen in the picture Mono made of the two.  Mono was, in fact, quite enthusiastic about them, explaining that both were warriors, one relying on speed, the other on aggression, and going on for some time about their complimentary personalities (Meris, a furry "Valley Girl," all smiles and and rambling; Kythor, covered in bronze scales, more stoic, but with an obvious soft spot for his sister).  Chances are that we'll be seeing more of the twins in future installments.
